Coaches

Timothy Weston:

Tim is our head coach for all the junior ski programs. Tim's father has been a ski coach in NY for 30+ years, so Tim has been skiing since he could walk! His background includes coaching, racing, and training in several endurance sports (skiing, running, and road biking). Over the past 7 years, Tim has worked with numerous Junior National Champions, as well as athletes that have gone on to successful collegiate careers in skiing and running. Tim was also a runner and captain of the ski team at Middlebury College.

Garrott Kuzzy: Garrott was a 2010 Olympian in nordic skiing. He was an All-American at Middlebury College, and he now works for Vermont Bike Tours in Bristol, VT. Garrott has unmatched enthusiasm for the sport, and many exciting stories from his competitive years. Garrott is also an incredible runner. 

Alice Nelson: Alice is a 2010 graduate of Williams College where she skied for the Ephs. Alice also coaches the MNC Bill Koch program during the winter. Alice always has a smile on her face, and her positive attitude is contagious. She is here in Burlington working towards an advanced-degree at UVM. 

Eli Enman: Eli is a Vermont high school sports legend! He was a Vermont state-champion for CVU in running, skiing, and track! Eli was also a 3-sport standout at Middlebury College where he was captain of both the running and ski teams. Eli lives and works at Sleepy Hollow in Hinesburg, in addition to his coaching roles at CVU (skiing and track) and his summertime coaching with Mansfield Nordic Club. Even with a family, Eli remains one of the top runners and skiers in the region!

Erin Mallory: Erin is a Colchester HS grad and also skied at St. Lawrence University. The daughter of the infamous Colchester Ski Coach Leigh Mallory, skiing runs in her blood! Erin works as an elementary school teacher and ski coach in the South Burlington District. This is Erin's 5th year coaching with MNC. 


Paul Allison: Paul is a native NY'er who now lives in Essex. He works in the Essex School District as a counselor and the head ski coach. During the summer, Paul is a competitive runner, and he still finds time to race a few ski marathons each winter. Paul recently ran a 2:36 marathon (3rd Vermonter in the 2012 Key Bank Vermont City Marathon!)
